QPR’s Anton Ferdinand receives death threat

London, Nov 7: Queens Park Rangers (QPR) defender Anton Ferdinand, who was involved in an alleged racist-related row with Chelsea skipper John Terry, has reportedly become the target of a death threat.
According to the Sun, Metropolitan Police were called in after a letter was sent to the club's ground in West London last week.
Police investigating the death threat have told Ferdinand to fit a panic alarm at his home.
The details in the note were so graphic that cops have told Ferdinand and other close relatives that they must take immediate precautionary measures.
Ferdinand had earlier claimed that he was racially abused by Terry in a Premier League game at Loftus Road two weeks ago. (ANI)
