Real Madrid manager Mourinho planning swoop for Terry

London, Apr 27: Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho has reportedly launched an ambitious bid to bring Chelsea skipper John Terry to Madrid this summer.
According to the Daily Mail, Mourinho wants to reunite Terry with his former Chelsea central defensive partner Ricardo Carvalho at Madrid.
Carvalho has excelled at the Bernabeu this season since Chelsea opted to sell him for 6.6 million pounds last summer.
Mourinho, who has plenty of attacking options up front, feels the pairing could strengthen his defence.
With Terry suffering from a difficult season and also the emergence of Brazilian David Luiz at Stamford Bridge, there is a chance Chelsea may be willing to listen to an offer from the Spanish capital. (ANI)
