Melbourne, Oct 17 : Spin king Shane Warne is all set to get into a glittering job as a chat show host.
Warne is back in Melbourne to launch the apparel range of his label Spinners and develop a chat show with Channel 9 to air for the Ashes.
Warne is excited about the project and the hunt for potential co-hosts.
“We’ve secured two or three big-name guests at this stage so things are going well,” the Herald Sun quoted him as saying.
Since retiring from cricket for Australia, Warne has barely stopped working.
He has had a surreal stint in IPL’s first season as a captain followed by a success of his underwear range.
Now, he has launched a new range of men''s and boys’ T-shirts, jeans and shorts under the spinners label for target market.
His 11-year-old son, Jackson, helped him in the design process.
“I think we''ve done pretty well for our first attempt. The more you do it, the better you get,” he concluded. (ANI)
