Cambage had seven points and five rebounds in the fourth quarter, in which Australia won 22-7, to turn a 13-point deficit to a 65-62 lead with a "2+1", a field goal and a follow-up free-throw, with 4:11 left of the game on Saturday, reports Xinhua.

Rio de Janeiro, June 7 : Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry has ruled himself out of the Rio Olympics citing injury concerns.

The 28-year-old said he wanted to focus on recovering form ankle and knee complaints which have affected him this season, reports Xinhua.

"After a great deal of internal thought and several discussions with my family, the Warriors and my representatives, I've elected to withdraw my name from the list of eligible players on Team USA's preliminary roster for the 2016 Summer Games in Brazil," Curry said in a statement on Monday.

London, Apr 14 : Basketball star Kobe Bryant brought curtains down on his glorious 20-year NBA career in a spectacular fashion, scoring 60 points in his final game for Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday.

The 37-year-old scored 23 points in the final quarter as the Lakers overcame a 15-point final quarter deficit to eventually claim a 101-96 win over the Utah Jazz.

Bryant revealed that the perfect ending would have been a championship but added that he felt good to be able to put on a good performance for one last time, the Guardian reported.

After his recent trip to a Calabasas grocery store, the former NBA player was spotted taking some time off to catch up on a college baseball game at California State University, Northridge, reports E! Online.

Odom was seen wearing some sports gear as he took a seat in the stadium to watch the CSUN Matadors take on CSU Bakersfield.

An onlooker snapped a photo and shared the sighting on Twitter.
