London, Aug 16 : English footballer Wayne Rooney is said to be going grey after spending 30,000 pounds on hair transplant.
Rooney, 25, had the treatment at a central London clinic at the beginning of June, and even though his receding hairline is no longer visible, the tint of his new hair is very much noticeable.
The Manchester United and England striker had a follicular transfer in which hairs are moved from donor areas – usually at the back of the head – and then replanted in bald areas
In the days following the procedure, he had revealed to his fans that he had gone through with the transplant and that he was delighted with it.
“Just to confirm to all my followers I have had a hair transplant. I was going bald at 25, why not? I’m delighted with the result,” the Daily Mail quoted him as having said. (ANI)
