Webber gains F1 point after penalty for Glock

Spa-Francorchamps, Belgium - Toyota driver Timo Glock was Sunday handed a 25-second penalty for overtaking during a yellow-flag phase at the Belgian Grand Prix.
The penalty means the German moves down to ninth place and loses the single point he won for finishing eighth. That now goes to Red Bull's Mark Webber of Australia.
Race stewards ruled that Glock went past Webber shortly before the end of the race despite a yellow flag being shown at the time for drivers to slow down and not overtake.
The ruling means Webber now has 19 points in the drivers' standings while Glock remains on 15. (dpa)
