London, Sept 14: It seems that Brit star Amy Winehouse, who has been worrying her friends and folks with her thin frame, has embarked on a weight-gaining spree by going on a fast foot diet.

Reports said that Winehouse has scoffed seven McDonald's in the past one week.

And, her ploy certainly seems to be working as the 24-year-old has already gained a stone.

A source said that Winehouse has visited Mr Jerk - a Soho restaurant three times in the past week.

London, Sept 16: It seems that Amy Winehouse’s hubby Blake Fielder-Civil will report in court next month for the alleged attack on a barman.

James King required medical attention after the incident that involved the music video assistant and another man in the trendy Macbeth pub, in Hoxton, North London.

Fielder-Civil has been charged for grievous bodily harm with intent.

Apparently, Winehouse is worried that if found guilty her hubby will be given a lengthy sentence that can also be a lifetime, reports the Daily Mail.

London, Sept 18: Brit jazz star Amy Winehouse is all set to make a comeback after seemingly sorting out her drug and alcohol woes.

Reports said that the 24-year-old was in talks with the Bond franchise to sing the flick’s soundtrack and to perform the tune in a smoky club scene.

Composer David Arnold, who penned the soundtracks for the last four Bond films, also hailed Winehouse for having ‘the best record of last year’.

London, Sept 21 : It seems that Amy Winehouse did not have the stomach for the huge amount of food and booze she ordered at the MOBO awards recently.

At the event the ‘Rehab’ star asked for two bottles of Rioja, two cases of 24-pack Heineken, one large bottle of vodka, two bottles of champagne (chilled with flutes) and two bottles of Jack Daniels.

The soul star, who won the best UK female artist at the awards, had a problem taking in the food and alcohol, and her dressing room was left in a mess.

London - Troubled British singer Amy Winehouse was Wednesday arrested over the possession of drugs at a London police station, Scotland Yard said.

The 24-year-old singer had attended the police station "by appointment," her spokesman said.

London, Oct 25 : Troubled English singer Amy Winehouse could end up being arrested after she failed to show up for a police investigation into the allegation that she hit a reveller.

The 25-year-old is wanted by cops for questioning after Sherene Flash, 30, claimed the singer punched her in the eye when she asked for a photo at a September ball.

The Rehab singer, however, has earned herself the ire of cops by failing to turn up at London’s West End Central nick on October 22, and for not even calling them to inform that she would not come.

Washington, May 25 : Superproducer Mark Ronson’s plans to re-team with pop star Amy Winehouse have reportedly been scrapped, after the latter failed to turn up to the studio to finish their track dedicated to Quincy Jones.

Ronson was due to return to the studio with the singer to record a new version of Lesley Gore''s ‘You Don''t Own Me’ for an upcoming album, in honour of music industry legend Jones.

However, their collaboration has reportedly been dropped from the project.

Washington, May 26 : The Rolling Stones, Amy Winehouse, Fall Out Boy and The Killers have joined hands to record a new covers album to raise money for charity.

All the above artists are performing duets with Cuban band Rhythms Del Mundo on the album, called `Classics'.

And the proceeds from the album's sales will fund climate change projects and natural disaster relief around the world.

The album will see The Killers sing The Eagles'' `Hotel California' while The Rolling Stones would be taking on The Drifters'' `Under the Boardwalk', reports Contactmusic.

London, May 26 : Amy Winehouse''s mum has said that her troubled daughter turned to alcohol because of her boredom in St Lucia.

Mum Janis revealed Amy’s staying away from her friends drove the singer to grab the bottle.

Bosses at the Cotton Bay complex in St Lucia were worried about the 25-year-old star’s habit of swimming after drinking, and feared that she might drown in the pool.

London, Sept 13 : Amy Winehouse has got herself a dozen pregnancy kits following an all night romp with ex-hubby Blake Fielder-Civil, it has emerged.

The Grammy winner’s father caught the pair in the act and was so furious at Blake that he wanted to “punch his lights out”.

Days after the encounter with Blake, the 25-year-old Winehouse visited local Asda in Southgate, north London, and bought a bagful of pregnancy tests.

The Daily Star quoted a pal as saying: “Amy insisted her minders took her to the supermarket. She’s desperate to have a baby and talks of nothing else.

London, September 14 : Amy Winehouse has made her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil drop his 6-million-pound divorce settlement claim, sources say.

Until now, he was allegedly demanding pay-off for his contribution to the troubled singer's 2006 hit album Back to Black.

However, the singer met her former flame in secret earlier this month to make him drop the demand.
