Barack Obama gave a tough fight to Hillary Clinton in New Hampshire primaries. Barack managed to get 36.5 percent votes while Hillary Clinton got 39.2 percent.

Barack Obama congratulated Senator Hillary before 11 p.m. While addressing his supporters in New Hampshire, Obama said, "Nothing can stand in the way of millions of voices calling for change."

Obama thanked his supporters and said that the record voting in New Hampshire is clearly indicating that Americans are looking for a change. Obama further said, “We are ready to take this country in a fundamentally new direction.”

Senator Hillary Clinton got 99,863 votes and was declared a winner in New Hampshire. Barack Obama got around 36% votes (93,033). Democrat John Edwards finished third with 43,100 votes. Bill Richardson managed to get 5% votes.

Hillary Clinton addressed her supporters at 11 p.m. after winning the New Hampshire presidential primary.
