New York, Nov 11 : Bernie Madoff, the man behind the largest financial fraud in US history, was `inappropriately letchy', alleges his future daughter-in-law.

According to his son Andrew's fiancee, Catherine Hooper, the Ponzi schemer had once groped her butt during Christmas.

"He came up behind me at Christmas and grabbed my butt," the New York Post quoted Hooper as saying.

"When I told Andrew about it, he said, `That's so weird, that's so creepy. Let's never talk about it again,' "

"With the women at the firm, friends of the family, yeah, he [Bernie] was inappropriately letchy," she added. (ANI
