Sen. Barack Obama currently appears to be having complete command in the presidential race, in the Golden State. Well, the Illinois Senator is looking to edge out McCain in California, in November.
Obama has been leading in California since June, and he has well maintained his lead over McCain. Obama is having a big lead over McCain, in the recent Obama vs McCain California Polls. The polls were conducted by Field Research Corporation and American Research Group.
California is really a big fish with 55 electoral votes. Let’s check out what these recent McCain vs Obama California polls say—
Field Research Corporation’s Obama vs McCain CA Poll, conducted from September 5 to September 14, showed Obama leading McCain by 16 % points — 52 % to 36 % among the registered voters of California.
American Research Group’s McCain vs Obama CA Poll, conducted from September 18 to September 20, showed Obama leading McCain by 14 % points — 53 % to 39 % among the registered voters of California.

Rasmussen Reports' Obama vs McCain CA Poll, conducted on September 22, showed Obama leading McCain by 17 % points— 56 % to 39 % among the registered voters of California. In the poll, Obama is currently given a 94.0 % chance of winning California this November.
