She was ambitious, fearless, and ultimately reckless like Ashley Alexandra Dupré, but she lost her everything when she fell like former New York Governor, Eliot Spitzer, nearly a quarter of a century ago. Yes, she was exposed and disgraced like Spitzer and Ashley Alexandra Dupré, and went to jail after building up a flourishing multimillion dollar prostitution ring. Of course, she was former Houston madam Penelope Hatteras, the notorious call girl-entrepreneur, who flourished in the U.S. world of prostitution, but when she fell, she lost almost everything, including her swank suburban home and Mercedes-Benz.
Onetime Georgia beauty pageant contestant and yesteryear high priced prostitute, Former Madam Penelope Hatteras today speaks on Spitzer’s Tragedy and Ashley Alexandra Dupré, who starred in the former governor’s seamy Tragedy. Having gone thru a highly publicized trial and 26 months in prison in Fort Worth, Madam Penelope Hatteras thinks that the high-priced Emperors Club VIP escort service is responsible for Spitzer’s demise. The former prostitute believes that Spitzer was either dumb or in love to have risked so much for the illicit sex.
Madam Penelope Hatteras said, "If he was going to wire that kind of money through somebody's account, he should've done it through the Bahamas where it was undetectable." She also called the owners of the Emperors Club VIP escort service as "amateurs."
According to Penelope Hatteras, the only person who’s benefited from the whole drama is the Governor’s “Kristen”. Commenting on Kristen, also known as Ashley Alexandra Dupré, Hatteras said, "God bless the girl, she's going to be a millionaire." Ashley Dupré has really become the hot thing on Internet. Often, Ashley Dupre nude pictures, emperors club Ashley Dupre nude pictures, Hot Ashley Alexandra Dupre nude pictures, Ashley Dupre nude stuff, Shower Ashley Dupre nude pictures, and Girls Gone Wild Ashley Alexandra Dupre pictures are searched wildly on Internet.
Feeling nostalgic about her prostitution hey days, Hatteras narrated that she arrived in the Bayou City in 1981. She thought Houston was the place to set up her sex business. She placed ads for nude modeling and massage services in local telephone directories. She told that she charged a basic fee of $80 per hour for so-called nude modeling or massage or escort services. She said, many of her customers were traveling businessmen; it didn't matter if they were married or not.
Speaking on her flourishing business, Hatteras claimed that she had businesses in Houston, Dallas, Denver and Atlanta, and she had 200 women in her employ and grossed about $10 million annually. When she was booked in 1985, prosecutors estimated her business receipts were just over $1 million annually. She was found guilty of promoting prostitution in federal court and given five years probation. The FBI closed all her four operations in 1984. When her prison sentence came later, authorities learned that she had launched yet another prostitution service in New Orleans.
Madam Penelope Hatteras was released from prison in 1988. Initially she tried to start a limousine service, but she failed. She moved to Dallas, where she opened a gay bar, but again she failed. Today she owns property in Dallas and pays her own bills by leasing out the space.
