Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky Polls: McCain Is Having Huge Lead Over Obama

John McCain is having huge lead over Barack Obama in the states of Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky — that’s what the recent Obama versus McCain pre-election opinion polls conducted in these states show. Georgia, Idaho, and Kentucky definitely appear to be the safe states of the Republicans.
Georgia has 15 Electoral College votes. Rasmussen Reports’ Obama McCain GA Opinion Poll, conducted on August 14, showed McCain leading Obama by 9% points — 53% to 44% among the registered voters of Georgia. According to the poll, McCain currently has 80.0 % chance of winning Georgia’s fifteen Electoral College votes this fall.
Idaho has 4 Electoral College votes. Greg Smith & Associates’ McCain Obama ID Opinion Poll, conducted from August 18 to August 22, showed McCain leading Obama by 23% points — 52% to 29% among the registered voters of Idaho.
Kentucky has 6 Electoral College votes. Survey USA's McCain Obama KY Opinion Poll, conducted from August 18 to August 20, showed McCain leading Obama by 23% points — 58% to 35% among the registered voters of Kentucky.
