Sen. Barack Obama is having huge lead over Sen. John McCain in the presidential race in the Massachusetts – articulate the recent Obama McCain Massachusetts Polls. The two pre-election opinion polls, conducted by Suffolk University and Rasmussen Reports this week in the Bay State, show Obama enjoying huge lead over his rival McCain. Massachusetts has 12 Electoral College votes.
Here’s what the Obama McCain MA Polls say —
Suffolk University’s McCain Obama MA Poll, conducted from 31 July to 3 August, shows Obama leading McCain by 9 % points — 47 % to 38 % among the registered voters of Massachusetts.
Rasmussen Reports’ McCain Obama Massachusetts Poll, conducted on 5 August, shows Obama leading McCain by 7 % points — 51 % to 44 % among the registered voters of Massachusetts.
The Rasmussen Reports’ Massachusetts poll gives Obama 92.5 % chance of winning Massachusetts’s 12 Electoral College votes this fall. According to the poll, Obama has the support of 78% of the MA Democrats, while McCain has the support of 79 % the state Republicans.
