Washington, Jan 31 : Michelle Obama has said that her family is planning to have a low-key Super Bowl this Sunday.

She made the revelation to celebrity chef Rachael Ray in an interview airing Wednesday.

“We’ll probably watch it at home. It’ll probably be a quiet Super Bowl this year,” Politico quoted her as saying.

The first lady also revealed her favourite game-time snacks

“You know nachos are always good, [if] it’s fresh tomato sauce and you get it on sort of a good quality tortilla,” she said.

As for her husband, she said that President Obama “loves avocado. That’s his favourite snack food, a chip dipped in some guac.”

Last year, she had to defend her food choices when she came under fire for promoting healthy eating while serving high-calorie food at the White House for the big game.

“I don’t even know what you’d have other than some hot dogs and some burgers for a Super Bowl party,” she had said. (ANI)
