New Oregon Polls: Obama Leads ClintonStanding just 143 delegates away from his finishing line, Sen. Barack Obama seems to be in hurry to wrap up his race with Sen. Hillary Clinton. Well, the Illinois senator is having a smart lead over Clinton in the new Oregon Polls.

Davis, Hibbitts and Midghall/Portland Tribune Oregon Poll conducted on 8 May – 10 May showed Obama leading Clinton by 20 % points – 55 % to 35 % among Oregon Democratic primary voters. Conducted on sample size of 400, the poll, with Margin of error: ± 4.8 %, indicated a huge win for Obama.

Survey USA Oregon Poll conducted on 9 May – 11 May showed Obama leading Clinton by 11 % points – 54 % to 43 % among Oregon Democratic primary voters. Conducted on sample size of 615, the poll, with Margin of error: ± 4.0 %, signaled a sizable victory for Obama.

Public Policy Polling Oregon Poll conducted on 10 May – 11 May showed Obama leading Clinton by 14 % points – 53 % to 39 % among Oregon Democratic primary voters. Conducted on sample size of 949, the poll, with Margin of error: ± 3.2 %, indicated a big win for Obama.

With 52 delegates at stake, the Beaver State, Oregon is going for democratic primary election on 20 May.
