Rasmussen Reports’ McCain vs Obama NY Poll, conducted on September 15, showed Obama leading McCain by 13% points — 55% to 42% among the registered voters of New York. The poll currently gives Obama an 86.9 % chance of winning New York’s 33 Electoral College votes this fall.
