Obama’s approval rating hits all time low mark

Obama’s approval rating hits all time low markWashington, Aug 31: US President Barack Obama's approval ratings have fallen to their lowest level, Gallup''s tracking poll has revealed.

The August 22-28 weekly average of Gallup Daily tracking includes Obama''s worst three-day average approval rating so far in his presidency, with 38 percent approval and 55 percent disapproval from August
25-27, Politico reports.

Earlier this month, the Quinnipiac University poll had shown that Obama''s approval rating slipped to a record low, with 49 percent respondents disapproving of him and only 45 percent being in his favour in New York.

This is in contrast to 57 percent of approval, and 38 percent disapproval in June this year.

According to the poll, Obama''s approval rating reached a downslide in the wake of his government dealing with the debt ceiling issue. (ANI)
