Public Policy Polling’s North Carolina poll conducted on 3rd March showed Obama leading Clinton with 47% to 43% democratic vote. With the Margin of Error = 4.3%, the poll gave Obama 4 % point’s lead over Clinton. The poll indicated Obama’s win with slight margin.

However, Clinton’s victory sounds to be a narrow one. The reason perhaps is the negative campaigning that she did against Obama. Clinton’s one-time 20-point lead over Obama in Pennsylvania had slipped to single digits in many polls.
