Sarah Palin seems to be the major reason behind the growing popularity of the GOP and surging lead of McCain, in the presidential race, in Alaska. Well, Alaska is Palin's home state, and she's hot popular in the state. The recent Obama vs McCain polls show that McCain’s lead over Obama is surging continuously.
McCain leads Obama by 16 % points, 17 % Points, and 18 % points, in the three recent AK opinion polls – conducted by American Research Group, Research 2000/Daily Kos, and Fairleigh Dickinson University, respectively. Let’s check out what these latest McCain vs Obama Alaska Polls show.
American Research Group’s Obama vs McCain AK Poll, conducted from September 9 to September 11, showed McCain leading Obama by 16 % points — 55 % to 39 % among the registered voters of Alaska.
Research 2000/Daily Kos’ McCain vs Obama AK Poll, conducted from September 15 to September 17, showed McCain leading Obama by 17 % points — 55 % to 38 % among the registered voters of Alaska.
Fairleigh Dickinson University’s McCain vs Obama AK Poll, conducted from September 17 to September 21, showed McCain leading Obama by 18 % points — 55 % to 37 % among the registered voters of Alaska.
