Washington, Aug 18 : Kelly Preston has credited Scientology in helping her and husband John Travolta overcome the death of their 16-year-old son Jett from a fatal seizure in 2009.

When asked how she managed to see the phase off, the 48-year-old admitted to Health magazine that it was the Scientology Centre that proved to be of immense help.

"To be honest, [it was] the Scientology Centre. I don't know if I would have made it through without it," Us magazine quoted her as saying.

While talking about life's lessons she's learned, she added that parents should love their kids thinking every moment to be the last one.

"Don't sweat the small things. Love your kids like it could be the last moment," she added. (ANI)
