John McCain, the GOP candidate is having huge lead over his Democratic rival Barack Obama in Tennessee — the recent Obama McCain Tennessee pre-election opinion polls show. Certainly, Tennessee is one of the strongholds of John McCain.
McCain leads Obama in two pre-election opinion polls conducted in the Volunteer State in the current month of August. The polls were conducted by Ayres, McHenry & Associates and Rasmussen Reports.
Tennessee has 11 Electoral College votes. Here’s what the Recent McCain Obama TN Polls show —
Ayres, McHenry & Associates’ Obama McCain TN Poll, conducted from August 10 to August 12, showed McCain leading Obama by 15 % points — 51 % to 36 % among the registered voters of Tennessee.
Rasmussen Reports’ McCain Obama TN Poll, conducted on August 20, showed McCain leading Obama by 25 % points — 60 % to 35 % among the registered voters of Tennessee. The poll currently gives McCain 94.0 % chance of winning Tennessee this November.
