US pleased with Pak institutions’ talks to overcome political instability in country

Washington, Jan 25 : The US is pleased with the Pakistani institutions’ decision to hold talks to overcome political instability in the country, the State Department has said.
The News quoted US State Department spokesperson Victoria Nuland as saying that all the differences among the Pakistani institutions should be settled through dialogue and within the constitution of Pakistan.
She also reiterated Washington’s stance that the country would continue to support a civilian government in Pakistan.
Nuland further said that the US supported Pakistan''s role for peace talks with the Taliban in Afghanistan. (ANI)
