Will Obama Let Clinton Win Pennsylvania Easily?

Shocking Clinton almost on all fronts, Obama is all set to give a bigger and devastating shock to his arch rival in Pennsylvania. Clinton, who has been enjoying lead in Pennsylvania, appears to be declining now.

Here’s what the recent Pennsylvania polls say.   

Rasmussen Reports Pennsylvania Poll conducted on 24 March showed Clinton leading with 49 % popular vote while Obama has 39 %. The poll certainly indicated huge win for Clinton. With Margin of Error – MoE = 3.7%, the showed Clinton having 10 % points lead over Obama.

Conducted on 26-27 March, the American Research Group Pennsylvania Poll exhibited Clinton leading Obama with 51% to 39% democratic vote. Again, the poll signaled a massive win for Clinton. With MoE = 4.0%, the poll was having 12 % points lead over Obama in the last week of March.

Quinnipiac University Pennsylvania Poll, conducted from 24-31 March showed Clinton’s lead shrinking. No doubt, the poll indicated Clinton’s win, but it also did show that Clinton lead was shrinking in the last week of March. The Poll showed Clinton leading Obama with 50% to 41% popular vote. With MoE = 2.5%, the poll showed Clinton’s lead shrinking to 9 % points.

Survey USA’s Pennsylvania Poll, conducted on 29-31 March, showed 53% democratic voters supported Clinton, while 41% supported Obama. The poll signaled grand win for Clinton. With MoE = 4.0%, the poll showed Clinton enjoying 12% points lead over Obama.

Rasmussen Reports Pennsylvania Poll, conducted on 31 March, found that 47% democratic voters voted for Clinton while 42% went to Obama. The poll indicated the contest getting tight in Pennsylvania. It did signal Clinton’s win, but just by 5% points’ margin. The poll had MoE = 3.6%.

Public Policy Polling Pennsylvania Poll, conducted on 31 March – 1 April, gave out interesting result. It indicated Obama’s win by razor thin margin. The PPP poll found that 45% democratic voters supported Obama, while 43% voted for Clinton. With MoE = 2.8%, the poll showed Obama leading Clintion by 2% points.
