Vivid wants to tap 4G fully for success

Vivid wants to tap 4G fully for successVivid Wireless has put a lot of faith in its upcoming 4G-enabled services. The Chairman of the company, Ryan Stokes believes that with the help of this, black spots in the wireless broadband of Perth will go away forever.

Vivid is going to release its 4G wireless broadband network in another two weeks time. On a national level, the service would be present by the end of this year.

Ryan said that Vivid is targeting the universities and airports as the point-of-service.

The company is investing $50 million in the new service and is looking at it as a major push in its success.

Ryan believes that there is a good demand level for mobile phones and PCs. Over and above that, the demand for high-speed service provided through 4G, is growing substantially. Combined together and making latest technology affordable is what Vivid is trying to make the USP for its service.

Besides that, Vivid is looking at proper coverage as another point, which Ryan believes would make it stand tall against competition.

Ryan was talking on the sidelines of a summit called the Leadership Matters.
