This study has been made by a team from the University of Aberdeen, and they revealed that a low masculine voice attracts women more and can help her in deciding what sort of a man she would like to be with.

It was revealed in the study that the pitch of the voice in a man, gives away a lot about his traits and behavior. This would help the woman decide what sort of a person the man is and whether or not she would like a long-term relationship with him. Women prefer men with deep voices, as this marks a sort of stability and strength in them, which makes the woman feel safe and protected when he is around.

"Our experiments indicate for the first time that signals from the opposite sex that are important for mate choice also affect accuracy in women's memory", said the lead researcher, Dr. David Smith. He further added that the memory of women was further be enhanced if the men in question have deep, calm and stable voices.
