Asus’ latest motherboard boasts of superiorityAsus has rolled out its latest AMD 890GX chipset based motherboards- M4A89GTD PRO capable of unleashing the hidden cores of AMD processor.

With the launch of M4A89GTD PRO series comes in two versions of the motherboard. Version first will support USB 3.0 ports and the other one without USB support.

Other major feature that separates the M4A89GTD PRO from the lot is its new Core Unlocker switch. This is a mode that promises an activation of up to four latent AMD CPU cores of the AMD's triple-core and quad-core processors. It is similar to the condition when the BIOS hack used to unleash the fourth core in AMD Phenom II X3 processor. Other traits that guide them in superior performance are Xtreme system design, auto-tuning feature by the aid of Turbo Key II. As the name suggests, both the features extend support in backing system's smooth performance.

Taking care of the upcoming HD viewing mode these motherboards are based on AMD 890FX chipset that promises HD on a budget PC. And this feature also aids for any advanced ATI graphics card.

Priced at Rs. 12,500 for the USB 3.0 version and Rs. 10,500 for the one without USB 3.0 ports both motherboards come with three years warranty.
