Today the equity shares of Kolkata-based integrated infrastructure player Simplex Projects were listed at Rs 323.75 or 75% premium to its issue price of Rs 185 on the BSE.
During the day, the scrip touched an intraday high of 323.75 and low of 266.70. Lastly, the company’s shares closed at Rs 272.05, an increase of 47%.
There were 6,719.672 shares for trading on the BSE counter.
In spite of its lackluster debut, DLF has got into the group of top 10 market-cap companies.
In early trade, DLF’s market capitalization was Rs 93719.71 crore. Ahead of ICICI Bank and State Bank of India (SBI), DLF emerges as the eight biggest Indian companies in terms of market capitalization.
DLF has also become the first realty business firm to enter the list of top 10 market-cap companies.
C & C constructions trading up 2.04% to Rs 209.60 after its combined deal secured a Rs 400-crore road pact in north India from the National Highways Authority of India.
The scrip touched a high of Rs 214 and a low of Rs 200.15 during the day. On BSE, 1.75 lakh shares of the scrip were traded. In the last one quarter, the stock had an average daily volume of 81,195 shares on BSE.
