Indian markets opened positive on Thursday and NSE Nifty managed to trade above 25,000 an important psychological level during the first 30 minutes of trade.

Tata Motors, Trent, Maruti Suzuki, Shriram Finance, SBI, Bajaj Finance and HDFC Life were among major gainers in today's trade.

PAYTM share price surged 18 percent on Tuesday and the majority of those gains came during the last hour of trading. The buying was so strong that PAYTM turned into positive territory for 2024.

HEG Limited Share price was trading 5 percent higher on Tuesday as the company announced on Monday evening its 8% stake acquisition in GrafTech International.

Indian markets are expected to open positive on Monday after last week's correction.
