Chiranjeevi’s Return To Cinema Put On Hold

ChiranjeeviTelugu film actor Chiranjeevi will not make a return to the film world any time soon. According to earlier reports in the media, Chiranjeevi’s comeback project, to be produced by his son Ram Charan Teja, was scheduled to go on floors in the month of February this year. However, the possibility has been ruled out owing to the Telugu theater strikes which have highly affected the Tollywood industry. In a statement to the media, Chiranjeevi’s representatives have announced that the actor’s comeback project has been stalled and it will take a while for his fans to watch Chiranjeevi on-screen again.

If reports are to be believed, it was also the political advisors of Chiranjeevi who barred him from returning to cinema at the present moment. The media reports suggest that the political situation in the state of Andhra Pradesh is not looking up and it is on account of these disturbances that consultants within the political party which Chiranjeevi is a part of, have advised the actor making a return to films.

The Telugu venture which was being reported as the comeback film of Chiranjeevi was also supposed to be the actor’s 150th outing in Tollywood. If reports are to be believed, Chiranjeevi was quite excited about the affair and had also suggested the name of Adhinayakudu for his upcoming film. Though the film has been put on hold and no tentative date has been announced for the Chiranjeevi project to hit floors, his fans will be waiting to see their favorite star in cinemas again.
