CM Inaugurates One More Sewa Sadan in ChandigarhSector 25 would now boast a new Sewa Sadan which would be especially catering to Himachal Pradesh natives.

The announcement came from Public Works Minister Thakur Gulab Singh.

Conversely, Himachal Pradesh CM Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal asserted that the Sadan would soon be opened for Himachal natives.

Speaking at a press conference, the Public Works Minister further accounted that from past many months, residents were continuously demanding a rest house in City Beautiful.

Meanwhile, the decision to build a new building in sector 25 was taken because relatives of patients, who are admitted to P. G. I, have long been facing accommodation difficulty in Chandigarh.

Moreover, the new building would surely fulfill accommodation needs of patients, and their relatives, referred from the Health institutes of Himachal Pradesh to P. G. I, Chandigarh.

Along with the statements, the minister further accounted that following recent inspection at the building site, he became assured about the smooth execution of the lodging facilities.

Commenting on the issue, he asserted that way back in 1980, a similar bhawan was constructed in sector 24 because they always knew that a large number of patients are referred to P. G. I, Chandigarh.
