Karan Johar's upcoming film 'My Name is Khan' has got an international distributor. 20th Century Fox International will finance and distribute the film featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol.

Fox Star Studios is a joint venture between 20th Century Fox and Star. Earlier it marketed and distributed the Oscar winning 'Slumdog Millionaire'. Sources claim that Karan Johar and SRK's Red Chillies will soon officially finalise the deal with Fox.

Karan Johar said, "At the press conference (today) we are not going to discuss the commercial terms of the My Name Is Khan deal. The financial terms of this deal is an internal matter between Red Chillies, Dharma Productions and Fox."

Fox Star would market and distribute the film in India while Fox Searchlight Pictures will release the film in the United States. 'My Name is Khan', one of the most awaited films, is scheduled to be released early next year.
