Hyderabad, Oct 4 : Australian skipper Ricky Ponting today said that the aggression being shown by the Indian team was nothing but an attempt to put a brave front to face them.

Inzamam rules out immediate retirement plans

Lahore, Oct 4 : Former Pakistan captain Inzamam ul-Haq has announced that he has ‘no immediate plans to retire from Test cricket’.

Inzamam confirmed that he had informed the Pakistani selectors about his availability for the second Test.

"I am fully fit and have no plans to retire. I don’t want to leave the game. I want to play as long as I am fit and can perform," the Daily Times quoted him, as saying.

Kochi, Oct 2: Australia beat India by 84 runs in the second ODI of the seven-match series played here today.

Chasing a target of 307 runs set by Australia, India was all out for 222 runs with more than two overs to go.

India lost its first four wickets in quick succession and before the end of first fifteen overs, Gautam Gambhir, Sachin Tendulkar, Yuvraj Singh and Robin Uthappa were back to pavilion scoring 7,16, 10 and 41 runs respectively.
