HCL Info To Establish R&D Unit At TechnoparkHCL Infosystems will establish its first unit in Kerala at the Technopark campus in Thiruvananthapuram.

Mervin Alexander, Technopark Chief Executive stated that the company will set up a research and development centre, which will cover up a two-acre plot in the Technopark campus.

The third stage of the Technopark, dedicated to IT ventures, is coming up in a region of 92 acres, out of which 22 acres would be given out to those who want their own campuses.

"IBM officials have also had a few round of talks with us and we expect that they too would be setting up shop here," Alexander added.

IT giants Infosys and Wipro also have their offices in Kerala. (With Inputs from Agencies)
