The Women India B players hold the Challenger Trophy (2008-09), after beating the India A by six wickets in the final at the Sardar Patel Stadium, Motera, on Sunday.

atting first, India A were bowled out to 122 runs in 48.1 overs. Expect Hemlata Kala no batsman from India A could stay for long at the wicket. Kala scored 32 runs in 54 balls.

With a sparkling unbeaten 58 runs by opener Jaya Sharma and 40 not out Rajeshwari Goyal, India B reached the target of 123 runs in 32.5 overs with six wickets to spare.
