Irca net profit touches Rs 16 croreLeading credit rating agency Icra has declared its fourth quarter financial results for the fiscal year 2009-10 and has managed to register an impressive net profit. The company has posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 15.85 crore for the quarter that ended in 31st March, 2010.

It was reported to be Rs 12.83 crore for the fourth quarter last year. This net profit figure has grown up by 23.53% as compared to the same quarter in the preceding year.

So far as the consolidated total operating income of the firm is concerned, it has touched Rs 50.70 crore for the quarter under review. It has increased from Rs 43.32 crore for the same quarter last year. This has been informed by the firm in a filing at the Bombay Stock Exchange.  

The annual consolidated net profit of the company was reported to be of Rs 53.47 crore for the fiscal year from Rs 38.89 crore last year. The board has decided to recommend a dividend of Rs 17 a share to its investors on the paid up equity capital of the company for the financial year 2009-10.
