Mumbai-based, K Raheja Corp and US-based Trologis have formed an equal joint-venture to develop warehousing and logistics infrastructure in India.

Under the agreement, the JV will invest Rs 230 crore to develop 7.5 million square-feet over three years for this business and will initially focus on projects in the four metros, Bangalore and Pune.

K Raheja Corp. engages in real estate development, hospitality, and retailing businesses. Its services include land sourcing and acquisition; approvals and design, including zoning and clean land titles; project support; and leasing and sales.

The company also operates retail chains across India as well as engages in hospitality business to meet the business and leisure needs of the international and domestic travelers.
