Indian shuttler P. Kashyap has lost in the finals of the Open Volant d'Or and ended runner up in Toulouse at France.

Rajiv Ouseph of England defeated Kashyap in straight sets and lifted the title of Open Volant d'Or tournament.

The second seeded, Rajiv defeated third seeded Kashyap by 11-21, 12-21.

Kashyap had also finished second in Spanish International tournament last week.

Earlier, Kashyap had defeated Pablo Abian of Spain by 16-21, 21-19, 21-9 and reached in the finals of Open Volant d'Or.

In women's singles, Sayali Gokhale of India lost in semifinals in a match against second seeded Jill Pittard by 21-19, 15-21, 16-21.
