Guys, this is neither sarcasm, not the cry of a director who’s lost out on Cop Out. Kevin Smith may not have hit gold with his movie with Bruce Willis, but he has learnt the experience of a lifetime, thanks to Willis’ tantrums on the sets.

In a new WTF podcast, Kevin has finally shared what went wrong with Cop Out. To begin with, the super-star in Willis refused to let the director do his job, ending in self-directed acting only! The actor, shares Kevin, declared on the sets that as he has been under the director’s camera for over two decades now, he just knows what should be done without being told anymore!

If that is not enough, the actor was not even interested in being a part of the promotional team for the flick. One knows that Willis is still not big enough to be selling movie tickets on his name only, while Cop Out was Kevin’s first big project with a big star. On the other hand, the second star in the movie, Tracy Morgan was all professional and Kevin goes on to add that had it not been for Tracy, the movie would not even have seen light of the day.

That Kevin is not lying can be checked when one recollects that Julie Salamon had a similar experience with Willis! And yet, Kevin has something good to say about Willis too!
