Laura Bush reads, not to her husband though!

Washington, Sept.29 : U.S.First Lady Laura Bush has problems sleeping if she hasn't read a few pages first.

But her husband, the President, apparently has no such issues. Having made a gaffe by recently referring to children as 'childrens", the President's staff is taking great pains to plant stories in the press of how he reads while exercycling.

A report in the Washington Post says that Laura Bush favours fictions with some history and biography and lots of children's books thrown in.
Wish she would give some children's books to her husband though. Apparently, the President has just finished with the thriller "Protect and Defend" by celebrated author Vince Flynn.

The author is known to be very partial to the office of the President of USA in his books.

The National Book Festival begins in Washington today with 70 authors participating. It is the First Lady's favourite project and she will be interacting with a number of authors here. (With inputs from ANI)
