New Delhi, March 5 : Congress leader and Law Minister Kapil Sibal Wednesday rubbished the BJP's claims that it was poised to win the coming Lok Sabha election.

As the Election Commission announced the April-May polling dates, Sibal said history was going to repeat itself.

"BJP's India Shinning claim in 2004 was a flop. Similarly, the 2009 pre-poll surveys betrayed the BJP," he said. "History will repeat itself." (IANS)
