Gurdaspur (Amritsar), Apr. 20 : With the post-mortem examination revealing that Indian prisoner Kirpal Singh's vital organs - like the heart and the liver - were missing, Dalbir Kaur on Wednesday said that her doubts have turned out to be true and urged External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj to ensure a thorough investigation into the matter.

Gurdaspur (Punjab), Apr. 20 : The mortal remains of Kirpal Singh, the Indian prisoner who died in a Pakistani's Kot Lakhpat Jail on April 11 under mysterious circumstances, was brought to his hometown in Mustafabad on Wednesday for last rites.
His family members mourned as his body was brought to his hometown in a black coffin.

Gurdaspur, Jan. 13 : Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday met the family members of the two defence personnel martyred in the Pathankot terror attack.
Kejriwal, who visited the family members of Defence Security Corps (DSC) Havildar Kulwant Singh and Subedar Major (Retd) Fateh Singh, handed over a cheque of Rs. two lakh.
