Los Angeles - Actress Lindsy Lohan's father Michael Lohan and his new wife, Kate Major, became parents to a baby boy just in time for the new year.

The newborn named Logan Michael Lohan, is Michael and Kate's second child. He was born on Wednesday, reported Us Weekly. "Kate and I are ecstatic. A bit late for Christmas but the best gift imaginable," Michael, 54, said.

"What a way to bring in the new year! God has blessed me with the best children a father could ever ask for ? but I am done!" The couple, who wed in Florida in October, have one son together, Landon, who was born in January 2013.

In addition to Lindsay, 28, Michael shares children Michael Lohan Jr, 27, Ali Lohan, 21, and Cody Lohan, 18, with ex-wife Dina Lohan. It was reported in 2012 that Michael Sr also fathered a child in 1995 named Ashley Horn. The results of a paternity test were aired on the 'Trisha Goddard' talk show. PTI
