On Monday, logo of the Yonex-SunriseWorld Badminton Championship has been released at Hyderabad which will be played at the Gachibowli stadium from August 10 to 16.

India's top women shuttler Saina Nehwal, Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh Chairman, V Radha and DK Seth and MD (South East Asia) of Yonex Sunrise were among the dignitaries who were present at the ceremony.

VK Verma, President of Badminton Association of India (BAI) said that this will be biggest sporting event in the history of the Indian sports and it is a proud moment for all of us.

During the ceremony, Saina Nehwal was given the Most Promising Player of the World 2008 award of the BWF.

Saina on this occasion said that she had played with the top 20 players of the world and she will perform well even under the pressure of playing at home.
