Maruti’s Manesar Problem to Be Resolved Soon
Maruti Suzuki India Pvt. Ltd. Chairman RC Bhargava has announced that the production at Manesar plant would start, maybe today. Since 25 August, there has been no production at Maruti’s Manesar plant and situation got worse when authorities sacked out 16 permanent employees, and 12 trainees under probation period.
Not many days have passed when state government was asked to intervene and make the sides, management and workers to reach up to a consensus. Bhargava was of the view that there would not be much affect on Maruti’s share due to their Manesar issue.
On answering one of the questions about employees not delivering quality work and also objecting on signing the good conduct bond, Bhargava said that he does not know much of these little issues and leave such things on company officials. He also affirmed that they are business men and could not take each and every matter seriously, gains and losses are part of the witness, and one cannot choose a single thing and leave out the other.
Bhargava said that it won’t take long time to solve the problem and as production re-starts, they would again be enjoying the leader status.
