rory mcilroyLondon, Mar. 15 - The former luxury residence of Northern Irish golf ace Rory McIlroy is reportedly now available for hire for weddings and corporate hospitality.

The two million-pound mansion, which sits in a huge plot of 14 acres in Carryduff, Co Down, comes complete with its own golf course and was reportedly shared by the former world No 1 with his ex-girlfriend Holly Sweeney.

According to the Mirror, however, the house, which is now owned by TV presenter and property developer Gary McCausland, is unlikely to play host to McIlroy's nuptials to tennis ace Caroline Wozniacki .

McCausland is also aiming to attract golf tourists, businesses and the hospitality market and has also filed a planning application for a major extension that would include the addition of a swimming pool, the report added. (ANI)
