Motorola to roll out Android 3.2 for UK Xoom users in September Motorola, which is being taken over by the Google, has announced that it will rollout Android 3.2 Honeycomb for the users of its Xoom tablet computers in the UK in September.

The move comes about three months after the update was made available to users in the US. The Google’s Android 3.2 OS update offers a host of key functionality enhancements to the iPad challenger.

The previous version of Android, the 3.1 version was important as it activated the microSD card slot in the device. Android 3.2 will allow users to load media files from a microSD card directly to apps.

The users will now also be able to resize homescreen widgets and access improved visual multi-tasking functionality. The update also adds support for keyboard and mouse accessory and enables Adobe Flash player.
