Amidst the rounds of controversies over the much-hyped cricket tournament, Indian premier League are still not nearing a dead end for Supriya Sule, daughter of Sharad Pawar.

NCP leader Sharad Pawar’s son-in-law Sadanand Sule has recently claimed that the 10% stake the he holds in Multi Screen Media (formerly Sony Entertainment) is clearly inherited and he nothing to do with the whole IPL controversy.

"I cross my heart and say that neither I nor my family have anything to do with all of this (the IPL)," said Supriya Sule. In fact, it was earlier claimed that Sadanand had played some share of wrongdoing in getting the rights to SetMax and World Sports Group for the IPL broadcasting.

Notably, Sule has got this 10% stake via the power of attorney from his father the respected B. R. Sule, Ex managing director of Mahindra and Mahindra, who has held this stake since the year 1992 as he was also the Chairman of Sony Entertainment.

Supriya also added the fact that since B. R. Sule is now 84 and he is very ill so he inherited the stake to Sadanand and he absolutely has connection with the controversies around the cricket tournament.
