Nagarjuna Construction Company Secures Four New Order Worth Rs 797 CroreHyderabad-based infrastructure firm, Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited has informed that it has secured four new orders aggregating Rs 797 crore.

The company secured the first order worth Rs 418 crore from the superintendent Engineer, Bellampally, Andhra Pradesh for construction of gravity canal and related works on right bank of the proposed Barrage across River Pranahita to be completed over a period of
48 months.

While, the second order has been bagged from the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd., Mumbai for different electrical works in Pandharpur Division at Kothapur Zone valued at Rs 168 crore to be completed over a period of 24 months.

The company won the third order worth Rs 132 crore from the Bangalore Development Authority, Bangalore for construction of Flyovers at Bangalore. The order is scheduled to be completed over a period of 18 months.

The fourth order was awarded to the company by Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation, Mumbai for construction of Flyover at Kapurbawadi Junction. The contract is valued at Rs 79 crore and expected to be completed over a period of 18 months.

The shares of NCC currently trading at Rs 132 on BSe, down 2% compared to previous close of Rs 135.
