Activision hands in glove with Bungie

Activision hands in glove with BungieActivision has agreed on a 10 year deal with Bungie to develop video games on multiple gaming platforms.

Bungie which prior to this was owned by IT giant Microsoft is popular for its Halo video game franchise. It is believed that the gaming arena shall gain a huge chunk from the deal as it will be capable to develop games for multiple platforms apart from Xbox 360 and PCs.

Harold Ryan, President of Bungie commented on this matter stating, that Bungie has chosen Activision because of their global reach, multi-platform experience and marketing expertise. And dubbing the rumors pertaining the failure of the deal (akin to Infinity Ward, Activision's former partner) at the same time Ryan stated that the past nine months we have seen and cleared the air of commitment levels.

This deal takes care of all the future multi-platform games developed by Bungie, also including the latest sequel of the Halo franchise, Halo: Reach, making it accessible for all gaming platforms.
