Nokia launches four new handsets in the Philippines

Nokia launches four new handsets in the PhilippinesHandset major, Nokia has announced the launch of its four new mobile handsets including the Nokia 700 and Nokia 701 smartphones, the Nokia 500 and Nokia 101 in the Philippines.

The Nokia 700 and Nokia 701 smartphones are powered by the company’s latest Symbian Belle OS and offers various innovating functionality. The new OS powered both devices with single-tap NFC Technology sharing and pairing. The company also offers a personal user interface as well as a more powerful mobile Web browsing.

The Nokia 700 is powered by 1 Ghz processor and comes with 3.2-inch Amoled screen ClearBlack display, 2GB of internal memory, HD video capture and a 5 megapixel full focus camera with LED flash.

The Nokia 701 is a slim handset, is the company’s brightest smartphone based on a 3.5-inch ClearBlack display. It also has a 1GHz processor, 8MP full focus camera with dual LED flash and 2 X digital zoom, 2nd front-facing camera, HD video capture and inbuilt memory of 8GB.

The Nokia 500 is an entry level smartphone featuring the company’s fastest processor and come with a decent 5 megapixel camera, preloaded Ovi Maps, navigation and support for music and video content.

The Nokia 101 is Nokia’s fifth Dual SIM device released by the company in the last three months. It has an efficient Nokia SIM manager allowing users to easily use whichever SIM for calls and messaging. The SIM manager also lets users store settings of as many as five SIM cards on the phone.
